support@constx.comThe Roto Packer from Con Weigh Systems Pvt Ltd is designed for high-volume industrial packing operations where consistent filling, weighing and bag handling are important. CWS Roto Packers are developed from the company's experience in designing, engineering and manufacturing packing plant equipment.
The machine is available with 4 to 20 spouts and can handle capacities ranging from 1,200 to 6,000 bags per hour, depending on the configuration. It incorporates an individual filling system with an impeller box assembly, bag chair assembly, filling spout assembly, load cell assembly and electronic control unit.
The electronic unit is designed for reliable operation and accurate weighing during the packing process. It provides control over important packing parameters such as set weight, achieved weight and bag weight tolerance.
The system can also communicate through an RS-232 interface with a PLC and printer, supporting MIS report generation and plant-level monitoring.
Established in 2000, CON WEIGH SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED has experience in manufacturing industrial weighing and process-related solutions.
We understand that industrial equipment needs to fit into real working environments. Our focus is on practical requirements, clear communication, and providing solutions based on the application rather than making unnecessary claims.CWS has supplied Mobile Packers which is normally used when the client has different grades of a product to be filled having lesser capacity in terms of Bags per hour, Therefore instead of supplying 2 or 3 machines CWS has supplied 1 machine which is movable on a trolley and can be places under each hoper of different grade of material. Thus saving good amount of money for the client.
One of CWS's documented capabilities is the conversion of existing mechanical packing machines into electronic packing systems. The catalogue records a conversion carried out at KCP Cement in South India, where an old mechanical packer was modified without changes to the civil structure.
This type of modification can be relevant for plants looking to improve their existing packing equipment without replacing the complete installation.
The company has supplied more than 120 packing machines and has also modified mechanical packing machines supplied by other manufacturers into electronic packing machines. This experience includes the successful conversion of an older mechanical packer into an electronic packer without requiring modification to the existing civil structure.
